    Description

The Tech Toc is a simple training tool worn around the waist that provides instant stroke feedback and ensures proper hip position during all four swim strokes. The Tech Toc utilizes a ball bearing in a plastic capsule and acoustic amplifiers to create a sound as the device is tipped from side to side. This audible feedback prompts proper hip rotation and undulation. The Tech Toc also has a Delay Setting which delays the ball bearing, forcing swimmers to exaggerate hip rotation.

    Customer Comments:
"I am a beginner triathlete still learning to swim. (I just can't seem to get the breathing part down.) I'm currently training with a snorkel and a pair of Zoomies to help me work on perfecting my form. The very first time I used this thing, my lap speed was at least 20% faster. It's helped me a great deal. It looks weird, and maybe it's annoying to other people in the pool, but this gadget is amazing.
I have had no quality issues, and the belt is a lot longer than I need to wear this around my belly. I'm not sure of the size of my belly, but give my waist and hip measurements, it's at least 37". There's about 8" of spare belt, even with my gut. If you get one that's too small, send it back and ask for a replacement.
It might be noisy, but no one's complained. The club where I work out is mostly populated by people who are concentrating on their own workout and who couldn't care less about what you're wearing or how you're doing you workout.
One unexpected benefit: because the "click" sounds different depending upon how much of the tube is in the water, it's giving me audible feedback when I'm keeping my hips up at the surface, as opposed to letting them drop."
