19th century. 5.5 inches high, 3 inches wide. Made of extremely high quality hand painted porcelain. Condition: there is a little piece that was broken off and lost next to his left foot: this was a depiction of a walking stick he is holding that started at the bottom of the blue and white colored ribbon.
I found two other examples that are in the collection of the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C. as well as an example that sold in a Paris auction on February 1st, 2021 for 5,850 Euros (4,500 hammer + 30% buyers premium), which equals ,056.
