CC Humphrey appears to be the man to which the child is charged and JR Drake of the County Poor-House executed the agreement.
Dated February 27, 1855 and set to expire on the child's 21st birthday.
Location is Chemung County New York.
Agreement indicates: he will provide the child with good...food and shall instruct him to read, write and learn arithmetic in exchange for 21 years of working servitude.
Document is mounted on a thick piece of cardboard and in a plastic sleeve.
Some minor staining.
Featuring a small red seal at the bottom right.
