Here is a rare lot of three invoices  of  19th Century Pennsylvania  history
    handwritten on period paper
.  It came with a collection of Lancaster City documents that I have an archive of.  It is a bill for the  " ....  fireing up at water house for running engine and repairing leaks .... "  for Henry Ehler and  Phillip Burnheimer  and submitted   on November 2, 1867 ;  certified by James L. Nessenhop ( sp. ? ) ; Superintendent of the Water Works  ~~   read and approved and signed by commissioner  Robert A. Evans.   on January 22, 1868. "  on back is No. 544    PAID ".
    . It
    measures from 8" by 9 1/4".
Shipping is .99 with cardboard  protection. If you just want it  slipped into an envelope, I am happy to do it for .59 but I need to send a separate  invoice; so please ask.1
